VEC’s staff has over 20 years’ experience providing design, inspection, project/air monitoring services along with implementing management plans and operation and maintenance programs for asbestos issues.

VEC’s staff has been involved in large-scale demolition and renovation projects to residential house raising projects on Long Island following Hurricane Sandy. Services include Management Plan/O&M Plan preparing and implementation, asbestos designs and variances, asbestos surveys, and project/air monitoring services in conjunction with abatement projects.

Mold Consulting Services: NYSDOL Mold Assessor.

Recently, NYS enacted Article 32 with regard to requiring mold licenses for individuals and companies conducting survey and remediation designs for mold. VEC’s staff has over 20 years in this field and can handle water/mold issues with expertise from Hurricane Sandy to small residential leaks. VEC’s staff has worked on large-scale projects like The Rising New York Program resulting from Hurricane Sandy, to broken sprinkler systems and water pipes.
